Booking your next luxury experience with 1st Klass Enterprise is simple and convenient. Guests can make a reservation through our online booking platform by selecting an experience, choosing a preferred date and time, and customizing the reservation as needed.

You may also call or text (656) 210-9069 for personalized booking assistance, special requests, help choosing the right experience, or a fully customized itinerary.

After your reservation is submitted, you will receive confirmation with the details needed for your experience, including departure information, arrival instructions, guest requirements, add-on selections, payment information, and weather or safety guidelines.

We recommend booking at least 48-72 hours in advance whenever possible. Advance reservations help us prepare your experience and ensure requested amenities, add-ons, and special accommodations are available.

Weekends, holidays, holiday weekends, spring break, summer months, and special event periods often book quickly. For birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family reunions, corporate outings, memorial cruises, and other customized experiences, we recommend booking one to two weeks in advance.

Same-day or next-day bookings may be available depending on vessel availability, weather conditions, and scheduling. For last-minute reservations, call or text (656) 210-9069.

Yes. We understand that plans can change and will assist with reservation modifications whenever possible. Modification requests should be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time.

Cancellation Policy

• 48 hours or more before departure: eligible for a full refund of payments made.
• 24-48 hours before departure: may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining balance refunded to the original payment method.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: considered a late cancellation and non-refundable.
• No-shows: not eligible for a refund.

If weather conditions, water conditions, mechanical issues, U.S. Coast Guard advisories, or other safety concerns prevent safe operation, 1st Klass Enterprise may reschedule the reservation or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Special events or custom experiences involving third-party vendors, catering, decorations, entertainment, transportation, or special-order items may be subject to additional cancellation terms.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank wire transfers when applicable. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your reservation date and time are not guaranteed until payment has been received and confirmed.

Applicable sales taxes, processing fees, marina fees, fuel surcharges when applicable, and selected add-ons will be clearly displayed during booking or included in your custom quote.

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license. We also require proof of insurance and a major credit card for the security deposit. International visitors need a valid passport and international driver's permit.

All 1st Klass vehicle rentals require renters to carry their own active full-coverage auto insurance, including liability, collision, and comprehensive coverage. This policy must be verified prior to vehicle release and serves as the primary coverage during your rental period.

This structure allows us to maintain a private, premium fleet experience while ensuring both our guests and our company are properly protected.

All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. We ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank as well. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, you will be charged for refueling at a premium rate.

MY ACE offers spacious bow and cockpit seating, a premium marine sound system with Bluetooth connectivity, a swim platform for easy water access, comfortable lounge areas, storage for personal belongings, modern finishes, a smooth ride, and shaded areas for sunny Florida days.

The vessel is ideal for sunset cruises, island hopping, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, romantic getaways, family outings, corporate events, memorial cruises, and customized private experiences.

MY ACE is licensed to accommodate up to 10 passengers in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and vessel safety requirements.

Actual passenger capacity may vary based on guest size, combined passenger weight, comfort needs, weather conditions, planned activities, destination, and the captain's safety assessment.

Groups of 2-4 are ideal for romantic cruises and intimate outings, groups of 5-6 are great for family adventures and small celebrations, and groups of 7-10 work well for larger social celebrations with shared seating areas.

Private yacht charters start at $250 per hour. The charter rate includes a licensed and experienced captain, fuel for normal cruising operations, premium vessel amenities, Bluetooth sound system, safety equipment and briefing, personalized itinerary planning, and access to popular Tampa Bay destinations.

The charter rate includes up to 6 passengers. Additional guests may be added for $50 per additional passenger, up to a maximum vessel capacity of 10 passengers and subject to U.S. Coast Guard regulations, overall passenger size, weight, and comfort considerations.

Most guests enjoy 3–4 hours, which allows time for cruising, sightseeing, anchoring, and relaxation without feeling rushed.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Because availability is limited and each experience is carefully planned, reservations are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

Full payment allows us to reserve your preferred date and departure time, schedule captains and crew, prepare the vessel, coordinate special requests and add-ons, and secure third-party services such as catering, decorations, photography, or transportation when applicable.

After payment is received, you will receive confirmation with your reservation details, departure location, arrival instructions, guest requirements, safety information, weather policies, and selected enhancements.

Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your charter at no additional charge.

Swimming is allowed at approved anchor locations and at the captain's discretion based on conditions.

Light decorations are welcome with prior approval. No permanent fixtures or confetti allowed.

Professional photography/videography can be arranged upon request or guests may bring their own.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and first-class experience for all guests, 1st Klass Enterprise requires every passenger to follow our vessel safety policies and onboard rules. These guidelines are designed to protect our guests, crew, vessel, and the beautiful waterways we operate in.

Prohibited Items & Activities

The following items and activities are strictly prohibited aboard any 1st Klass Enterprise charter:

🚫 Illegal substances of any kind

🚫 Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or explosive devices

🚫 Fireworks, sparklers, or pyrotechnics

🚫 Smoking of any kind, including:

• Cigarettes
• Cigars
• Pipes
• Electronic cigarettes (vapes)
• Hookahs
• Any other smoking products

🚫 Chewing tobacco, dip, snuff, or other smokeless tobacco products

🚫 Red-colored beverages, including fruit punches, red wines, sports drinks, or any beverage that may permanently stain vessel upholstery, flooring, or marine surfaces

🚫 Unsafe, reckless, or disruptive behavior, including:

• Excessive intoxication
• Fighting or aggressive conduct
• Standing on rails or seat backs
• Diving from unauthorized areas
• Ignoring captain or crew instructions
• Any activity that compromises passenger safety

Respect for the Vessel

Our vessel, MY ACE, is maintained to the highest standards to provide a luxury experience for every guest. We ask all passengers to treat the vessel with care and respect.

Guests may be held financially responsible for damage caused by negligence, prohibited items, excessive cleaning requirements, or violations of onboard policies.

Captain's Authority

For the safety of all passengers, the captain has full authority over the vessel and all onboard activities. The captain reserves the right to:

• Refuse boarding to any guest who appears impaired or poses a safety risk
• Terminate a charter without refund due to unsafe behavior
• Modify the itinerary based on weather, water conditions, or safety concerns
• Enforce all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and company policies

Failure to comply with the captain's instructions may result in immediate termination of the charter.
