Long before becoming the founder of Waypoint Nautical Solutions and a licensed and bonded yacht sales associate with Florida Yacht Sales, Captain Wayne spent years working aboard commercial vessels throughout the Atlantic Coast, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, and America's inland waterways.
His career wasn't built in a classroom—it was built on the water.
Operating commercial vessels, managing marine logistics, transporting specialized cargo, and navigating offshore towing operations required precision, discipline, and sound decision-making every single day. Those experiences shaped Captain Wayne into the respected maritime professional he is today.
